I realised that the carpet had a problematic area and this was quite disappointing, as it was not a cheap carpet.

I don't understand why FEDEX took the carpet to Germany, then to France, and then back to the same location in Germany, from where it flew to Greece. It stayed in France for 2 days for no reason.

This is a handmade carpet and variations in regards to the design, such as uneveness, is normal and visable on the pictures shown online. If you are not satisfied we will gladly assist you with the free return and you will receive a full refund. Regarding the shipping, does FedEx have their terminals in many cities in different countries and it's common that packages goes to a couple of these before reaching their final destination.
