Το χαλί ήταν όπως ακριβώς στη φωτογραφία και η παράδοση ήταν έγκαιρη. Το μοναδικό μειονέκτημα είναι ότι το χαλί βγάζει πάρα πολύ χνούδι (σε εξοργιστικό σημείο) αλλά ίσως να φταίει η ποιότητα (ΓΚΑΜΠΕ).

We are very sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order. When it comes to these types of carpets that have a thicker wool pile, it is normal that there will be excess fibers that give the carpet the appearance that it is shedding and loosing its pile. This is not something you should be concerned with as the carpet will last for many many years despite this effect. A lot of excess fibers get stuck between the thread and this is what you are seeing in the photo. Unlike machine made carpets with synthetic materials when it comes to natural fibers such as wool it is normal that you will need to vacuum a little more often in the beginning. When vacuuming a handmade carpet you should also only vacuum in the direction of the pile and you should not overdo it.
